Toronto City Council has authorized a contribution rebate
program for individuals who make contributions to candidates
seeking office to the City of Toronto Council in the 2010
Municipal Election.

corporations and trade unions will no longer receive
rebates for their campaign contributions and contributions
of goods or services. The contributor’s name,
postal code and contribution amount will be posted on
the city's website under the candidate's name that they
supported. The maximum contribution permitted is $750..Please
